Lace that’s being (GLUED) should be brought in 2 days = 48 hours BEFORE your appointment for customizing. Sometimes I can do it late for a $30-50 fee sometimes I can’t if I’m too booked

if I’m running behind and you can’t wait please go home I will give you your deposit back. Sometimes I’m behind if a client come late or if someone hairline is hard to work with or if I just accidentally over book myself. Feel free to go home if you don't want to wait.

If you have something important planned PLEASE get your hair done a day or night before to be on time.

Please do not bring dark or thick lace. I will not work with it.

With frontal sewins I cut the last bundle. If you do not want your bundles cut please let me know in advance. *Disclaimer* I cannot guarantee a flat install if the last bundle isn't cut please keep that in mind.

Q: How long will my unit take to be completed.
A: Ready to ship units will ship within 1-3 business days
Pre Order takes 15-21 business days for processing time.

Q. How long is shipping
A. We ship using USPS PRIORITY which takes 2-3 business days. Shipping is not included with processing time.

Q. Do I need to provide Measurements
A. No, All of my units come in a Standard Size that fits most.

Q. Are all wigs glueless?
A. No, only closure wigs are glueless. Frontal Wigs are not.
Q. How soon will my accessory order ship out.
A. Accessory Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. If you order an accessory with a wig that requires a longer processing time, they will all ship together once the wig is completed.

Refunds/Cancellations

Cancelations can only be made between 1-5 business days after purchasing. After 5 Business days, $75 will be deducted from your Refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (After Lace is cut, Refunds are only granted if the Lace is still attached)

Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via Email. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out.

After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

CLOSURE WIGS

Frontal Effect
​
The Closure Frontal effect is a Free Part Closure that mimics a Frontal (100% Glueless). You are able to part anywhere within the closure and add baby hair. Make up is recommended to add on the lace to blend with your skin for the most natural look. Because the closure is plucked like a frontal.. It is still the same maintenance as taking care of a Lace frontal. With out proper care, it is possible for the hairline to thin out like most Lace frontal’s would. Be sure not to put to much tension near the hairline.

BASIC CLOSURE
Most recommended for first time wig buyers. The basic closure effect is straight down. the middle. No lace and zero maintenance. (100% Glueless). This is only natural in the middle. You can always shift the wig to the side if you would like a side part.

FRONTAL EFFECT W/ BABY HAIRS
​
This is the same maintenance as the frontal effect. Everyone loves baby hairs BUT it is important to know how to KEEP your baby hairs. I do not recommend using heavy gels or edge control for baby hairs. This will weigh the hairline down causing it to rub off. Moose is recommended.

LACEFRONT WIGS
​
Lace Frontal Units can either be 13x4, 13x6 or Full lace. 13 Inches ear to ear, and 4/6 inches back. With a Lace frontal you are able to part anywhere and do any style within the space. Lace Frontals are high maintenance. Balding is possible if not being properly cared of and washed carefully. Frontal wigs are not glue less. Adhesive or Got 2 B Gel is recommended. Installs can make or break the look. I recommend you get your wig installed by a stylist. If you are new to wigs, I recommend you to go for a Closure Unit instead. Before purchasing a Lace frontal, do a lot of research on what to expect with a Frontal.

UNDERSTANDING DENSITY
​
180% = 3 Bundles | Typically used for most of my units. Used best inches 16-30.
200% Density = 4 Bundles | Used best inches 26-40
250% Density = 5 Bundles | Used best 30-40

RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS FOR OUR WIGS
​
The less product is the better when it comes to hair. Adding extra products can result to tangling and shedding. Especially when added frequently. There is only 1 product I use to style my wigs when it comes to straightening or curling and that is The Polish Up Hair Serum by BAYONE BEAUTY. This product adds shine, reduces frizz and works as a heat protectant. This product is very light weight and not oily. For my curly wigs I love to use AUSSIE

Shampoo/Conditioner
​
I recommend the Suave Moroccan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner. Ive been using this product for my wigs for 6 years now. It leave the hair very soft, a natural shine and it smells amazing. You can find this product in Target, Walmart or Family Dollar.
